It had been my intention to go to a local TV store (whoever was offering the best deal), buy a 42" TV, a set of brackets and have our regular electrican install it for us.

It did not take too long for me to work out that I needed some professional help and as the result of a Google search chanced upon Creative Electrical's website. Our lucky day! Derek visited our home and his advice has enabled us to stick within our budget and at the same time have the necessary cabling installed to enable us to enhance our system in the future.



Derek was able to secure a great deal on the TV allowing us to upgrade to a 50" which is prefect for our room size and his help with ensuring that the TV was installed at perfect viewing height. His advice on cabinet design and placement has ensured that the system is extremely compatible with other furniture.

The service from Creative Electrical has been nothing short of fantastic. The initial quoting was quick and extremely detailed, installation professional and any technical queries answered in a manner totally understandable by the layman.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Derek Crane of Creative Electrical. I had only a rough notion of exactly what I wanted to achieve in turning a rumpus room space into some kind of media room. However after discussion, some research on the web and a chance to go and see and listen to some different options, we came up with a plan.

My family and I are all absolutely delighted with the result. We have used the media room far more than expected and the experience particularly around sport and movies is outstanding.

When it came time to overhaul our home theatre we wanted to find somebody who could not only install and set up the system, but also guide us on what equipment would be best for our personal requirements. We found Derek to be extremely proficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and he was very responsive to our many requests.

When it came time for the installation Derek was on-time, polite and did a fantastic job. We are thrilled with the final results and it's come out better then I had imagined it could.

Without hesitation we'll going back to Derek next time we need to upgrade!

I would like to extend my thanks to Derek and the team at Creative Electrical for their efforts and support with my Home Theatre project. Derek was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire process. I had a number of ideas concerning the layout and operation of the system, and Derek was able to provide sound advice on the pros and cons of each.

Unfortunately it is becoming the norm these days for businesses not to care about the services they are providing to their customers – I am pleased to say that Derek is the exception to what is fast becoming a rule. A fantastic job by Derek and his team of Creative Electrical Solutions! Derek’s slogan “We help create your vision” is very true – We asked for surround music, we received surround music – in a day.

There was a massive mess of cables all bundled in a corner but Derek with his positive attitude and quick, efficient service worked through it all with ease and very little disruption to the workplace. True to his word, Derek made it happen!
